Poem:

Men Feel:

Maybe he feels like he needs to go conquer the world for you,
A body in motion could feel he's forgotten being asked to.
But it was there somewhere, wasn't it?
A request voiced in the whispers between words
	From those lovely lips.

Are you happy?
He would ask you, if he could, if he knew he should.
But he also knows
That making you check sometimes makes you uncertain.

Maybe he feels he's had just about damn near enough of you,
And a drought of devotion has killed everything he could give to you.
He gave a care one day, didn't he?
This craggled and cracked rock once grew love
	From a single seed.

Am I happy?
He could wonder, if he could, if he knew he should.
But he also knows
That trying to check sometimes makes him uncertain.

Maybe he's too busy grooving and getting it on with you,
And with you all around him what the heck else would he want to do?
You're not afraid of that, are you?
Why not see the coolest sights side by side
	And not face to face?

Are we happy?
We could wonder, if we could, if we thought we should.
Is it good, to know?
But dying to know never makes us feel certain.
