This ad for the Boulder Daily Camera was intended to draw the interest of college students at the University of Colorado shortly after the opening of the Golden Gates Poker Parlour. With so much interest in televised poker among dorms and fraternities, it was a logical effort to try and draw some of the town's poker parties up to the home of the serious game.
