Casino direct mail goes out to loyal patrons based on internal CRM data, while radio advertising is meant to excite and incentivize new customers as well as past and existing guests.

Another :52 radio script is presented here without audio for the Scratch Ticket promotion at the Golden Mardi Gras Casino, alongside a lengthier example of direct mail copy for the month's full slate of promotions for multiple casinos. Player data and patronage sums across the three casinos was integrated via a database process I developed, players received the mailer relevant to the property they visited and played at the most.
